The idea that I’ve received any questions, let alone enough of them for them to be any frequently asked questions, is patently ridiculous. So, for now, I’m just going to make some up.
Q: Who the hell are you?
A: First of all, stop being so rude. Jeez.
I’m a 30 year old guy living in Sydney, Australia. That’s why I’m probably going to post content at times that you think are weird. It’s also why I use a lot of U’s, and S’s instead of Z’s.
Q: What makes you think you’re qualified to write reviews?
A: I once wrote reviews for my university’s student newspaper. I also happened to be the editor of said newspaper, so that probably gives you an idea of the quality controls that were in place.
Beyond that: nothing, really! I’m just another guy sharing their opinion on the internet. Everything I write will be subjective, tainted by my own tastes. Hopefully I’ll actually be entertaining about it, though.
Q: Why ‘Fright 365‘?
A: Because I clearly came late to the internet, and some arsehole* beat me to ‘365 Days of Horror‘.
Q: Why did you include *insert title of thing I don’t believe is horror*?(!?!?!)
A: I feel like ‘horror’ has become a hard genre define, so I’ve decided to go pretty broad in what I write about. This means that there might be things that get write-ups, which don’t fit the definition that others have settled on for themselves. Hell, I might not even agree with all of my own decisions. Given we’re working with a post-a-day format here, though, I think there’s going to be more than enough content to allow for a few random things slipping through here and there.
